Corrections & Fact-Check Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Kacee Allen Network is committed to getting the facts right, telling readers where every fact comes from, and fixing mistakes openly. This page explains how Daily News stories are produced and checked, and how we handle corrections.

Who we are

KaceeAllen.com is published by Kacee Allen Network, an independent media organization owned and run by Kacee Allen, who is also the host of The Kacee Allen Show. Daily News stories are published under the byline of the Kacee Allen Network News Desk. Contact: [email protected].

Editorial standards for Daily News

  • Facts only. Daily News stories are written in a straight news style. They report what happened, who said what, and what records show. They do not tell readers what to think.
  • At least two sources. Each story is based on at least two sources, preferring primary documents (court filings, official records, roll-call votes, government releases) and reputable news organizations. Every source is linked at the end of the story so readers can check it themselves.
  • Attribution. Every quote, number and date comes from a listed source. Direct quotes appear in quotation marks and are attributed to the person or document they come from. Claims we cannot confirm are not reported as fact.
  • Original writing. Stories are written in our own words. We do not copy other outlets’ articles, and we check drafts against the source pages for copied wording before publishing.
  • Photos. We use only freely licensed or public-domain photos (for example from Wikimedia Commons or U.S. government sources), with the photographer, source and license credited under each photo. We do not use AI-generated images or photos taken from news outlets.

News versus commentary

The Kacee Allen Show is political commentary: Kacee shares his opinions, analysis and interviews there. Daily News is separate: it is news reporting, not opinion. Commentary from the show is never presented as a Daily News story, and Daily News stories do not include the host’s opinions.

Independence

Kacee Allen Network works with a small number of partners and may show advertising. Partners and advertisers have no say over what we report, do not review stories before publication, and cannot pay for news coverage. Partner links are labeled and disclosed.

How stories are produced, including AI assistance

Daily News stories are drafted with the help of AI writing tools, working from the sources listed in each story. Before a story is published, its facts, quotes, numbers and dates are checked against those sources, and the text is checked for copied wording. Kacee Allen Network is responsible for everything we publish, whether a tool helped draft it or not. AI tools are never used to create photos for our stories.

Corrections

  • If we get a fact wrong, we fix it as quickly as we can once we confirm the error.
  • Corrections are noted at the bottom of the article with the date of the correction and a short description of what was changed. We do not quietly change facts in a published story.
  • Small fixes that do not change the meaning (such as a typo or a broken link) may be made without a note.
  • If an error is serious enough that a story’s main point is wrong, we will say so plainly at the top of the story.
  • An article’s “Updated” date shows when it was last changed.
